Jackpot Painting Co.'s Warranty is specifically to repair and paint areas that have failed due to improper preparation of surfaces, including peeling, blistering, flaking or improper application of paint material. Jackpot Painting Co. will supply all labor and materials to fix specific areas.

Premature Paint Failures and Who Is Responsible?

Paint Warranties come in two parts. The Manufacturer Warranty and the Painting Contractor Warranty.

Paint Manufacturer: Paint Manufacturer only warranties for paint failure of their product. Example - not adding proper chemicals in paint, titanium, mildewcide, acrylic, etc.

The Manufacturer is not responsible for proper preparation procedures, preparation products used, or proper application of their products.

FACT: 95% of premature paint failures are because of improper preparation of surfaces, improper preparation products used, and improper application of paint.

Painting Contractor: Should warranty and take responsibility for proper preparation of surfaces, proper preparation products used, and proper application of paint, i.e., mil thickness of paint. Our warranty - contract is clearly defined.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure that the warranty includes labor and materials to fix any areas that may fall prematurely.

WHEN YOU GET A COMMITMENT ON HOW MANY YEARS THE PAINTED SURFACES SHOULD LAST, YOU CAN SAFELY PLAN FOR YOUR PAINTING RESERVES.
