It is a highly specialized formulation using the highest quality blends of premium elastomeric waterproofing acrylics, special mixtures of ultraviolet and weather resisting pigments, and insulating ceramic microspheres. It forms a thick rubber-like ceramic shield of protection that expands and contracts with varying hot and cold temperatures, plus resists thermal shock. Ultra Seal™ reflects 95% of UV rays and insulates the substrate surface.
